Our team
Management
The management team consists of Jürgen Klimke and Uwe Schmidt.
Jürgen Klimke was involved in the marketing of a bank before joining the agency in 1984, where he is now manager and co-owner. Since then he has managed to win many well-known clients, some of whom are still regular clients. Furthermore, he has been a member of the German parliament since 2002, where he serves on several committees. For further information, please

After graduating from university, Uwe Schmidt worked as a freelance journalist for newspapers, radio stations, and a press agency before joining IC AG as a trainee in 1989. After three years he was granted commercial power of attorney, and became a member of the management team and co-owner after four years. Uwe Schmidt has driven forward the internationalization and networking of the agency since the end of the 1990s. In the meantime, one third of all IC clients come from outside Germany.
Staff
IC AG has roughly 16 employees. About half of them have been on board for longer than five or ten years. It is this level of experience and continuity which many of our clients really value. The other half of our awesome team consists of younger professionals bursting with fresh ideas and excellent knowledge of the latest media technology. This results in a productive melting pot that can only be beneficial for our clients.
Suppliers and freelancers
All core PR tasks are carried out by our permanent teams. However, special requirements sometimes demand other experts. These are carefully selected partners, e.g. from the fields of events and production.
