Industrie-Contact AG Awarded Quality Seal 2011

Hamburg, 23.01.2011 – For the second time after 2010 the Hamburg based PR agency Industrie-Contact AG has been awarded the VDWA Agency Quality Seal. The agency had to pass through an assessment process including critical areas such as finance, experience, background, positioning and range of services, agency management and customers. Only about 50 agencies are allowed to carry this seal.

Martin Becker, spokesperson of VDWA, the independent directory of communications agencies in Germany: "For agency seeking companies it is difficult and often disappointing to find the right agency partner out of more than 20,000 communications agencies in Germany. Many firms look quite professional from the outside, but a closer look reveals a very different picture. " Therefore VDWA created an accurate profile of requirements. In a multistage process VDWA examines and analyses thoroughly agencies. Amongst others, customers are interviewed about the performance of the agency. "The quality seal will give more certainty in the selection of an appropriate agency. Selected agencies have to match that profile perfectly", Becker underlines.
